You can view the slides from my talk at last week’s SMPC 2026 conference in Evanston (Chicago), titled Shared and context-dependent cortico–striatal–cerebellar organization of temporal prediction. In this talk, I presented our findings from a multi-task fMRI study showing that temporal prediction across different rhythmic structures, sensory modalities, and task demands is supported by a shared cortico–striatal–cerebellar architecture, while also revealing a specialized role of the dorsal striatum in beat-based processing and explicit motor timing. The slides are available here.
